We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement whenever possible. Federal law states that alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated, or contaminated. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to lostfawnwinery@gmail.com to arrange for the return of flawed product.

• You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Lost Fawn Winery. Wines purchased from Lost Fawn Winery are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.

• Federal law requires a signature to be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine pickups. 

• For on-site pickup ONLY, please pick up your items during opening business hours.
