We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement whenever possible. Federal law states that alcoholic beverages can only be returned or exchanged if the product is spoiled, deteriorated, or contaminated. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to lostfawnwinery@gmail.com to arrange for the return of flawed product.
